During the massage a variety of yoga-like positions are used, along with deep static and rhythmic pressures along the Sen(energy lines) of the body. The therapist will use their legs and feet to position the receivers body, while at other times their hands move the body, while feet do the massaging. The overall effect is simultaneously relaxing and invigorating.
