Our staff of trained therapists offer Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, reflexology, myo-facial release, sports massage and injury treatment. Hot stone and acupressure are also available from select therapists--please mention when booking.

Medical Massage

$31.25 per unit. Medical massage fees are based upon industry standard rates for Manual Therapy.  Actual reimbursement rates vary due to Insurance companies' variances in allowable rates. One unit equals 15 minutes of massage. In order to ensure that your sessions are covered by your insurance company, please inform us that you are scheduling an insurance-paid massage session at the time you make your appointment. If you have questions about what this means for you and your plan, please call 206-783-0404.

Your First Visit:

Please, Bring 1) your insurance ID card and 2) your prescription – we need a copy for our file and/or the insurance company.  (You or your doctor may also fax the Rx to us ahead of time, at 206-782-8955). Arrive 5 -10 minutes early, to complete a health history and an agreement that allows us to bill your insurance.

*BHC policy on contagious diseases or infections: for the health and safety of the BHC community, staff, and clients we do not accept clients in acute state of contagion. contagious diseases include: chicken pox, measles, mumps, tuberculosis, meningitis, whooping cough, SARS, Avian or similar type of influenza but not common seasonal flu, MRSA. BHC may chose to broaden this definition within its best interest and in accordance with information received through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) it is policy to protect our BHC community staff and clients from any contagious and infectious diseases.
